On Sunday, March 7, 2010, the eight Presbyterian Churches (USA) in El Paso will continue an exciting new undertaking as we meet together for worship and fellowship. All of the worship services will begin at 5 p.m., and for the month of March, we will meet at First Presbyterian Church (1340 Murchison Drive).

The purpose of this time together is to provide a visible expression of the connectional church worshiping together; to build relationships among individuals and congregations; to listen for God’s word concerning future mission and ministry; to covenant to a partnership in prayer for church, community, and world; to teach, learn, and experience a variety of styles of worship and music; and to strengthen connections to the wider church.

The worship services will be about 30-40 minutes long, with an emphasis on Scripture, silence, and prayer. Worship leaders will include pastors, elders, and members from all of our churches, with the Lord’s Supper being celebrated once a month.
